This is a very simple application of a creative thought. I have been studying ravens for the past several months with some in compositions that have been fun. I believe that I've only scratched the surface so, with no further explanation, please find Formation in it's development stages.

ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful. I had already seen the finished piece somewhere else. Facebook maybe? But, seeing the progression gives it extra meaning. Wonderful and can't wait to see more ravens.
ReplyDeleteI love this new painting. I'm fond of that long format too. I know they aren't practical when it comes to framing, but I think they are so interesting. Can't wait to see more ravens.
ReplyDeleteThis long narrow format was fun and seem to lend itself to the composition. Framing was a nonissue as I used a black floater.
